Our Production Standards and Requirements
Production Standards
- Aspect Ratio: All projects are produced at our standard widescreen 16:9 aspect ratio, unless a 4:3 ratio is requested or the provided footage is not suitable for stretching to 16:9.
- Resolution: Our standard projects are produced in High Definition (HD), provided the raw footage is also filmed in HD.
- UHD/4K: We can produce projects in Ultra High Definition (UHD) and 4K for an additional charge, due to the substantial file sizes and extended production times. If you are interested in UHD/4K, please contact us with your details, and we’ll send you a quote.
Important Footage Notice
Awe Video & Photo Studio will not download your raw video footage from any other online source, such as Hudl or YouTube.
You must directly provide us with all footage used in your project. You must either have ownership rights to the footage or obtain permission from the owner to use it for its intended purpose: creating a highlight video or Special Project.
Project Timeline
Please allow up to 7-10 business days—from the time we receive your footage—to complete your sports recruiting highlight video project. We will then mail your footage back to you via standard U.S. First-Class Mail. Expedited shipping methods are available for a fee. The duration needed to complete other video and photography projects can vary significantly depending on their complexity. Understanding this nuance is essential for setting realistic expectations and ensuring high-quality results.
